The impact of green training on employee turnover intention and customer satisfaction: An integrated perspective

چکیده

The current study aims to examine (1) the impact of green training on experience, employee satisfaction, turnover intention, and customer satisfaction (2) its implication Green HRM effectiveness in hospitality sector. A quantitative method was utilized test a path model (PLS-SEM). Two sets questionnaires (for sides) were developed for sector measure causations between training, turnover, satisfaction. findings suggest creates experience influences both (3) However, did not affect intention subsequently. implies that investing should be considered tool strategic management since finding suggests improves overall performance with some limitations. Moreover, this paper reduced literature gaps by constructing empirically testing an integrated illustrating through shared forming two stakeholders' their interactions.
